For the two years I’ve trained at GOAL, Coach Coles has been an outstanding trainer, mentor, and friend to my brother and I. GOAL’s workouts are intense and push you to your limits in order to help reach your potential. I can honestly say that Coach Coles is a multi-dimensional strength coach that can create a relevant workout for any sport. He cares about each athlete individually and doesn’t give the generic workout that I’ve grown accustomed from most local strength coaches.
