I trained at G.O.A.L this past summer in order to prepare for cheerleading tryouts at James Madison University. My cheerleading coaches noticed a huge change in my stamina, tumbling skills, and over all muscle tone. My coed stunt partner commented on how much higher my jump became and how light I felt in the air
Training at GOAL is one of the best training and workouts that I’ve ever been in. The drills are clear, and the lifting, running, and sprinting are all profitable. I would definitely recommend GOAL Performance Training to anyone looking to get more athletic and get the edge over your competition. You’ll see the amelioration by yourself.

The Sports Boosters at Trinity offer a 5 week “Speed School” each summer for all of our athletes. Finding the right fit had been difficult. We are so fortunate that a Trinity parent recommended GOAL to us! Running our Speed School is a tough assignment. On any given night, Coach Coles and the trainers from GOAL would have athletes ranging from 12th grade college football prospects to incoming 9th graders unsure of what sports they wanted to try. They were able to help them all. Each athlete — regardless of age, ability or experience — worked hard, got better and had fun in their experience. The performance coaches encouraged them, challenged them, and taught them how to get the most out of their talents. We really see the positive effects of having GOAL on our campus!
From day one, we created the foundations that would carry me through the rest of our time together. The intensity of the workouts Coach Craig had me doing go beyond my workouts in ARMY ROTC. I wanted to lose 70 pounds in 8 months and I lost 77 pounds in 6 and half months. My speed increased, my vertical increased, and I saw muscle tone that had never been there before. Coach Craig’s eating regiment went right along with our workout. I saw other guys coming into the weight room putting in double what I was doing and after three months they had gone nowhere. I owe my success as an athlete, ROTC cadet, and well being to Coach Craig. If you are ready to set a goal and surpass it, then G.O.A.L will get you there.
GOAL got me results fast! After 12 weeks, I’ve lost 11% body fat and almost 20 lbs. I gained 4.5 lbs of lean muscle and feel great. Craig and his team not only knows how to work the body, but more importantly the mind to break through barriers even past 40 years old. If you have the will, GOAL will show you the way. I’m living proof.
For the two years I’ve trained at GOAL, Coach Coles has been an outstanding trainer, mentor, and friend to my brother and I. GOAL’s workouts are intense and push you to your limits in order to help reach your potential. I can honestly say that Coach Coles is a multi-dimensional strength coach that can create..
Training at G.O.A.L during my high school years led me to become the conference champion, state-championship runner-up, and school record holder in both my events. Thanks to Coach Coles and help from all the trainers at G.O.A.L, I am currently a 100m/200m sprinter at Wake Forest University and continue to work with Coach Coles. Training at G.O.A.L was by far the most significant factor to my success as an athlete. Coach Coles’ knowledge in the field of speed and strength, as well as his commitment to his athletes, is unlike any other coach I have ever worked with.
I have worked with a lot of trainer’s all over the country throughout my career and Craig Coles is by far one of the best that I’ve worked with. I have experienced firsthand how G.O.A.L benefits athletes by making them faster, stronger and more agile. I would recommend G.O.A.L as a place for all athletes to go and become better at their sport.
Training at G.O.A.L has been very beneficial. Coming off an injury and in preparation for this upcoming season, I knew I needed to train with someone who understood how to return my body to maximum productivity. Craig Coles has the knowledge as well as the passion for his craft. As a professional athlete you understand your body is your livelihood. In order to maximize your full athletic potential you must train at a high level, not just physically but intelligently. I am on that path at G.O.A.L and look forward to continued growth in every aspect of my game.
