This total body training will include strength, core, balance, agility and resistance training. This class is designed for high intensity  training.  We did not design this type of training to intimidate you but to help you maximize your total fitness potential. Participants will be working in a team environment. Total Adult Performance (TAP) classes are for those who want to make a lifestyle change, have more sustainable energy throughout the day, manage their weight and reach total fitness.

We offer two different levels of our TAP classes – TAP and TAP X

TAP Class -This dynamic Total Adult Performance training will include strength, core, balance, agility, flexibility and cardio. This class is designed for high intensity  training.  We did not design this type of training to intimidate you but to help you maximize your total fitness potential.

Class Schedule:
Monday and Wednesday – 6:00 am, 7:00 am, and 6:00 pm
Tuesday and Thursday – 6:30 am, 9:30 am, and 6:30 pm
Friday – 6:00 am, and 7:00 am
Saturday – 9:00 am

TAP X Class – This class will have you questioning why you are doing this to yourself! You will be pushed beyond your limits. This is for those who are looking for a hardcore challenge. Whether you make it for 10 mins., 30 mins. or beyond, when you can no longer keep up with the level of intensity you are required to TAP out by ringing the bell.  Be advised: Instructors may ask you to TAP out if they feel you are hindering the pace of the class. No questions asked! Please TAP out and you are welcome to come try again next time.

Class Schedule:
Tuesday and Thursday – 5:30 am, and 7:00 pm
Saturday – 8:00 am
