Strictly Strength Class (Starting April 17, 2017)

Classes schedule (starting September 5th, 2017):

Monday and Wednesday: 7:00 am – 8:00 am
Tuesday and Thursday: 5:00 am – 6:00 am & 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Strictly Strength Class is a Total Body Strength workout perfect for every fitness level. Incorporating light to heavy weights, based on your goals. Learning the proper sets and rep schemes to build your body the way you want it. Create the body you’ve always wanted!  You will leave feeling motivated, confident, energized and ready to come back for more!
