“Training at G.O.A.L has been very beneficial. Coming off an injury and in preparation for this upcoming season, I knew I needed to train with someone who understood how to return my body to maximum productivity.  Craig Coles has the knowledge as well as the passion for his craft.  As a professional athlete you understand your body is your livelihood.  In order to maximize your full athletic potential you must train at a high level, not just physically but intelligently.  I am on that path at G.O.A.L and look forward to continued growth in every aspect of my game.”

I have been training at G.O.A.L for several years now and can honestly say its truly inspiring the way Coach Coles and the other trainers motivate and push their clients during sessions. The facility has everything an athlete could want in an innovation training center. The trainers are passionate and knowledgeable about sport specific training and help you get the most out of each training session. Whether you are a young athlete or an adult G.O.A.L. is the place for you.

Anthony Cannon
LB, Detroit Lions

“I have worked with a lot of trainer’s all over the country throughout my career and Craig Coles is by far one of the best that I’ve worked with. I have experienced firsthand how G.O.A.L benefits athletes by making them faster, stronger and more agile. I would recommend G.O.A.L as a place for all athletes to go and become better at their sport.”

I am a professional baseball player with the Detroit Tigers. I have been training at G.O.A.L. for 3 years. G.O.A.L. has pushed me to become better in my field, you will not find better trainers or training facility in the state. The facility is top notch. There is no better place than G.O.A.L. without it, there is no way I would go into my season’s prepared and feeling at the top of my game.

Hiter Harris
Sprinter at Wake Forest University, Brakeman, USA Bobsled Team

“Training at G.O.A.L during my high school years led me to become the conference champion, state-championship runner-up, and school record holder in both my events. Thanks to Coach Coles and help from all the trainers at G.O.A.L, I am currently a 100m/200m sprinter at Wake Forest University and continue to work with Coach Coles. Training at G.O.A.L was by far the most significant factor to my success as an athlete. Coach Coles’ knowledge in the field of speed and strength, as well as his commitment to his athletes, is unlike any other coach I have ever worked with.”

“Training at GOAL is one of the best training and workouts that I’ve ever been in. The drills are clear, and the lifting, running, and sprinting are all profitable. I would definitely recommend GOAL Performance Training to anyone looking to get more athletic and get the edge over your competition. You’ll see the amelioration by yourself.”

“For the two years I’ve trained at GOAL, Coach Coles has been an outstanding trainer, mentor, and friend to my brother and I. GOAL’s workouts are intense and push you to your limits in order to help reach your potential. I can honestly say that Coach Coles is a multi-dimensional strength coach that can create a relevant workout for any sport. He cares about each athlete individually and doesn’t give the generic workout that I’ve grown accustomed from most local strength coaches. GOAL takes a hands-on approach and is determined to give you the tools of speed, strength, and confidence that are necessary to succeed.”

Thomas Rogers, Shooting Guard at UVA

Peter Howard
Hampden-Sydney College

“From day one, we created the foundations that would carry me through the rest of our time together. The intensity of the workouts Coach Craig had me doing go beyond my workouts in ARMY ROTC. I wanted to lose 70 pounds in 8 months and I lost 77 pounds in 6 and half months. My speed increased, my vertical increased, and I saw muscle tone that had never been there before. Coach Craig’s eating regiment went right along with our workout. I saw other guys coming into the weight room putting in double what I was doing and after three months they had gone nowhere. I owe my success as an athlete, ROTC cadet, and well being to Coach Craig. If you are ready to set a goal and surpass it, then G.O.A.L will get you there.”
