Ages 11-14
Our High School Prep Training Program is 1 hour small group training program. We will train and teach while placing a focus on every aspect of total athletic training. This Developmental program focuses on progressing athletic MOVEMENT to produce maximum results. We will focus on:
- Mind Set
- Core Strength & Stability
- Improve Mobility & Flexibility
- Body Awareness
- Transfer of Force/Power
In addition, we will include Beyond Speed, which will train and teach every phase of speed starting including the following:
- Acceleration
- Short area Quickness
- Change of Direction
- Lateral Speed
- Form & Technique
Our HS Prep program also includes Explosive Strength and Power, we train movement first and foremost. In order to maximize movement beyond flexibility and mobility, resistance training plays an important role in enhancing performance. Power, strength, muscular endurance and explosive movement can all benefit directly from resistance training. Utilizing body weight to PVC piping (for technique) to resisted exercises with bands, barbell and/or dumbbells, we understand the importance of progressive training. Our focus will be to develop the prime movers
- Latissimus Dorsi (Back)
- Quadriceps (Front of Leg)
- Hamstrings (Back Of the Legs above Knee)
- Deltoids (Shoulders Made of Parts)
- Bicep and Triceps
Sessions are offered Tue and Thu 6:30-7:30pm and Sat. 11a-12p
