I have been training at G.O.A.L for several years now and can honestly say its truly inspiring the way Coach Coles and the other trainers motivate and push their clients during sessions. The facility has everything an athlete could want in an innovation training center. The trainers are passionate and knowledgeable about sport specific training and help you get the most out of each training session. Whether you are a young athlete or an adult G.O.A.L. is the place for you.

I am a professional baseball player with the Detroit Tigers. I have been training at G.O.A.L. for 3 years. G.O.A.L. has pushed me to become better in my field, you will not find better trainers or training facility in the state. The facility is top notch. There is no better place than G.O.A.L. without it, there is no way I would go into my season’s prepared and feeling at the top of my game.

If you are looking to enhance your speed, agility and strength to prepare for your upcoming season, G.O.A.L. Sports Performance and RBAWEST are offering you the opportunity to enter the season fully prepared! G.O.A.L. Baseball Specific Training sessions are the ultimate progressive training experience that will enhance your athletes skill set and performance on the field. Training will focus on:

  • Speed Training
  • Explosive Starts
  • Agility Drills
  • Lateral Movement
  • Core Strength
  • Injury Prevention

Ages: Athletes are grouped according to age and skill set (11-13 years old and 14-16 years old).

When: We will hold two 5 week sessions. June 20th-July 21st and July 25th-August 25th

Sessions Offered: Tue//Thu 11am-12p or 5p-6p
(Limited space available in each time slot)

Cost: 2 Days a week for 5 weeks– reg. rate $135/session. RBA Athletes – only $95/session.
