Body Back Class

Have you been wanting to get back in shape but just don’t know where to start? We’ve got you covered with Body Back Class!

Body Back Class – This class is open to men and women. This is recommended for newbies, whether you have never worked out or just getting back into it we will focus on: shedding fat, gaining core strength, increasing endurance and building confidence in a motivating and supportive environment.

Class Schedule:
Monday and Wednesday – 6:30 am, 9:30 am, 5:30 pm, and 7:00 pm
Tuesday and Thursday – 6:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 5:30 pm
Friday – 6:30 am, 9:30 am, and 5:30 pm
Saturday – 8:00 am and 10:00 am
