Get in the best shape of your life with our adult training classes.  One monthly membership, five convenient classes a day, morning, noon and night!

Our Adult Sessions focus on the following areas:

Pay by the month and come to as many classes as you would like (AM, Noon & PM).

We have showers available on site.

Co-ed classes, Female only and Male only classes are available.

Core 30 Sessions

30 min. of intense progressive work. Our expert trainers know what it takes to train in zones to produce results. We work you from the core out for 30 intense minutes. The Core 30 schedule is available below.

Adult Performance Training Sessions

Sixty minutes of high intensity, muscle confusing training that is designed to work you from the core outward making you functionally strong for everyday life. We offer male only, female only and co-ed classes. The Adult Performance Training schedule is available below.
