T.A.P. (Total Adult Performance) This total body training will include strength, core, balance, agility and resistance training. This class is designed for high intensity training. We did not design this type of training to intimidate you but to help you maximize your total fitness potential. Participants will be working in a team environment. T.A.P. is for those who want to make a life style change, have more sustainable energy throughout the day, manage their weight and reach total fitness.
