- Our Athletes
Open to boys and girls, ages 12-14. This developmental program focuses on progressing athletic movement with an introduction of speed mechanics, and an introduction to proper form and technique for weight lifting. Athletes will train in a competitive atmosphere with other athlete’s in the same age range. Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes in length.
Open to boys and girls, ages 15 to 18. We focus on preparing the athlete for the next level of a collegiate program. Athlete’s train in a competitive atmosphere with other athlete’s in their age group.
Each session focuses on conditioning, strength and speed training. Sessions are 1.5 hours in length.
