Happening at GOAL...

Bring a Friend Monday! Need something to do with your friends Monday nights? Want to put a little friendly competition into your squad hangouts? Bring them to our classes!
Every first Monday of the month bring a friend or 5 to any of our adult or athlete classes for free! All you have to do is sign up for the class ahead of time and bring them with you.
Return of Tap X! You asked for it, we're bringing it back! It's the return of TAP X. Starting November 2nd, we are going to replace the 5 am Strictly Strength class on Tuesdays and Thursdays to host our TAP X (or more commonly known as TAP Out Tuesday and Throw Up Thursday) classes.
All other class times will remain the same.
